Brandon’s secondary role is the creation and maintenance of an internal training program for new Loan Officers. Using his experience and knowledge, he shepherds recent college graduates into the mortgage industry, providing them with complete training, advice, and mentorship as they enter what can often be a daunting career. From program guidelines to managing client pipelines, Brandon’s system offers new loan officers the support and training they need to break into the industry and achieve continued success.
