With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Dunham brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry. She transitioned to real estate after years of running her own business and then working in the radio industry. When asked why she decided to transition to real estate, Dunham said:
"The radio industry started changing rapidly. Big companies started buying up lots of stations and now instead of working one, you were working multiple stations. Money wise, it was probably a little bit better but it was a much higher stress level. I started working two stations then it went to five stations, then it went to seven stations and they kept changing management all the time and that's when I decided to make the move, so I did. That’s when I got my real estate license."
As a thought-leader in her industry, Dunham puts a strong emphasis on educating her clients.
