H. Mark Mersel Has Been Recognized Among the Top in His Industry by the Expert Network©

With nearly 30 years dedicated to law, Mr. Mersel brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry and in particular to his areas of specialization, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and real estate law. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in law, Mr. Mersel said:

"I began my law practice with a high profile bankruptcy and restructuring boutique firm and developed an expertise in bankruptcy and restructuring and real estate law."

As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Mersel keeps a close eye on prevailing trends in real estate law. With his experience in law and background in economics, he has a unique vantage point from which to assess the market and understand new developments. Mr. Mersel often speaks on these trends at prominent professional conferences and is a contributing author to the Treatise "Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities Litigation Handbook." In particular, he has been paying attention to pending changes happening within the commercial mortgage industry. He noted:
