With nearly 40 years dedicated to law, Mr. Diamond brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his area of specialization, insurance law. When asked what inspired him to pursue a career in law, Mr. Diamond said:
"As a child I was always encouraged by my family. I had a grandfather and an uncle who were both lawyers and my father always encouraged me to follow in their footsteps. He felt that my personality attributes would favorably lend themselves to becoming a legal professional."
As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Diamond is also a dedicated and dynamic educator. He currently teaches insurance law at both Georgia State University College of Law and Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, and is frequently invited to be a guest speaker at professional conferences all across the Atlanta area. He is a law instructor for the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, a national educational organization which conducts continuing education programs for financial professionals across the country. In addition, Mr. Diamond has served on the faculty in the widely recognized Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program at Emory Law School in which law students participate in a week long intensive workshop developing trial skills.
The combination of his teaching and extensive practice experience gives Mr. Diamond a unique perspective on his field, and allows him to pay close attention to the developing trends in insurance law.
