Mr. Srour outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, awards and recognitions, and pioneering entrepreneurship. He attended Yeshiva University where he studied Finance and Real Estate. In 2014 he was featured on Real Deal’s list of “30 under 30”, and was named one of Real Estate’s Rising Stars. Srour is currently the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jay Suites, the number one source of premier luxury office suites in Manhattan.

"A lot of kids out of college don't yet know what industry they want to enter into. I have had a wide range of experience over the course of my career and have dealt with many different kinds of people, from contractors to customers, so I try to teach them what it's like in the real world."

Juda Srour, Co-founder & President, Jay Suites

With nearly a decade dedicated to Real Estate and business, Mr. Srour brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular, to his area of specialization, co-working and luxury office spaces. After beginning his career as a Broker with Metropolitan Property Group in 2007, he soon realized there was a glaring gap in New York's real estate market. Srour said of his experience:

"I met a woman looking for office space, and at the time she did not want to commit to a five-year contract but rather wanted to rent something for six months. I did some research to find her some space but I found that there weren’t really any short term rentals for offices. So I decided that I could fill that niche."

Seven months later, Mr. Srour and his brother Jack went on to co-found Jay Suites in the Financial District of Manhattan. The savvy move proved the Srour brothers to be pioneers, and was a bellwether for what is now one of the hottest trending industries in New York and other big city markets. In the years after Jay Suites' founding, co-working and shared office spaces such as WeWork, COWORK.RS, and Hive at 55 began proliferating across all five-boroughs of New York City.

In the now burgeoning market, Jay Suites has managed to maintain its position as a leading provider of outsourced, on-demand, flexible workplace solutions. The company offers conference room bookings, virtual office plans, and full time offices, which are furnished, elegantly designed and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, along with resources and professional support. Their co-working spaces are also natural environments for easy networking, as members join a growing community with perks such as exclusive access to members-only meet ups.

Since its inaugural location, the company has opened six additional spaces in Manhattan, including locations in the Garment District, Bryant Park, and the Upper East Side.

Acting as President, Mr. Srour has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth strategy and expansion since it's inception. A versatile leader, his expertise spans the gamut of ROI-driven financial decision making, real estate valuation, lease negotiations, as well as voice and data technologies. An entrepreneur at heart, Srour has been involved in early-stage businesses in the fields of Real Estate, Voice Over IP and Social Entrepreneurship.

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Srour is dedicated to giving back to the community of students and young business professionals in New York City. In addition to his many business dealings, he also takes time to teach classes on entrepreneurship at Baruch College, where he leverages his vast industry experience to impart invaluable lessons to the next generation of entrepreneurs. He noted:

"A lot of kids out of college don’t yet know what industry they want to enter into. I have had a wide range of experience over the course of my career and have dealt with many different kinds of people, from contractors to customers, so I try to teach them what it’s like in the real world."

Mr. Srour is a member of the Young Jewish Leaders Forum and a former member of the Alliance Business Centers Network.
