In 2015 she was featured in Top Agent Magazine and is recognized among the Top 5% of REALTORS® in San Diego County.

"The industry is drastically changing. The market has gone through a significant period of growth over the last three years, and we see buyers becoming increasingly aware of that growth and increasingly aware of the political climate in terms of making their decisions. The listings are sitting on the market a lot longer than they were last January, and personally, I'm interested to see what happens in the real estate market here in the next year. I think it will determine what happens in the next five."

Ms. Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, providing industry-leading service to buyers and sellers of residential property across the San Diego area. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Taylor said:

"I worked in financial services before I was a real estate agent. My license date was 2008, literally the week that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac went under. For three years, I sat down with families who were on the water in their mortgages, who felt like they had signed paperwork they didn't understand to obtain their homes. When my husband and I went to purchase our first home, we had a similar experience. We were strongly encouraged to use a listing agent and found the process to be very mechanical. We didn't have any of our questions answered, there was no open communication, and we signed a lot of paperwork we didn't understand. Those experiences inspired me to transition to real estate. I wanted to try to help solve this problem by creating better resources and education for buyers and sellers and a higher level of service than what we had personally been given."

As a thought-leader in her industry, Taylor keeps a close eye on prevailing trends in residential real estate. In particular, she has found that the market is increasingly being driven by buyer’s expectations since the recovery from the recession. She noted:

"The industry is drastically changing. The market has gone through a significant period of growth over the last three years, and we see buyers becoming increasingly aware of that growth and increasingly aware of the political climate in terms of making their decisions. The listings are sitting on the market a lot longer than they were last January, and personally, I'm interested to see what happens in the real estate market here in the next year. I think it will determine what happens in the next five."

Outside of her work as a REALTOR®, Ms. Taylor is involved with supporting the military community, which her veteran husband is a part of. For the last two years, she has been the lead sponsor at the Swing for the Future Gold Tournament, which raises money for the Chief Petty Officer Scholarship Fund in San Diego to provide educational resources to military kids. Taylor has also founded a military relocation advocacy group, PCS Concierge, which includes free rental support groups for military service members. This is her way to help combat the numerous scams associated with renting and selling homes to military families house-hunting from afar. There are PCS Pay-it-Forward Rental support groups in most major naval installations, and they are expected to double in 2017!
